The honor roll is where we will honor the men and women who have served the North Sydney Historical Soceity and have passed away. They may be gone but their dedication and labours will never be forgotten. The members have helped preserve North Sydney’s history by collecting and storing our history.
James E. “Jim” Walsh
Jim was a tireless worker for the North Sydney Historical Society and was president of the society for many years. He was instrumental in the building of the North Sydney Heritage Museum, which has a room named in his honour.

Sinclair “Sinc” MacDougall
Sinc was actively involved with the North Sydney Historical Society, serving as treasurer and volunteering his time at various events, including the Cape Breton Farmers Exhibition.
